when i was in fifth grade i was assigned a school report on the city of venice, italy. ever since then i have dreamed of going to venice to see the city with my own eyes and get to ride in one of those sweet gondolas! so when i booked a destination wedding in italy i knew i had to work venice into my trip! venice was everything i had imagined it would be and more. it was one of my favorite cities we visited and seemed to have a slower life style then the rest. we found amazing street food and enjoyed strolling the small back streets and crossing over the canals on cobbled bridges. venice is truly an amazing place. i knew i wanted to do a wedding shoot in venice so after reaching out to some local wedding planners i was able to set up a styled shoot in the beautiful city. i teamed up with “my italian wedding planner” and they organized the shoot at hotel centurion palace in downtown venice. we started in that beautiful hotel and then worked our way around the city stopping along the way for pictures. we were lucky enough to get two amazing dresses from rue de seine bridal one of my favorite dress designers! so you will notice a wardrobe chance for our beautiful italian model valentina. i absolutely loved working with these talented venders from italy and would do it again in a heartbeat! please let me know what you think of the pics and enjoy! vender list located after the images!
